Project Overview
Arash Mann and PJ Dhoot from Haven Development came to us with a clear need: give potential buyers a way to experience their properties before they’re built. VR tours were the natural fit. But unlike generic real estate walkthroughs, they wanted something tailored to their actual design specifications, something that truly reflects what buyers would be getting. As we got deeper into the project, we also explored a conceptual brand identity direction for Haven Development, shaping how their visual language could align with the quality of what they’re building.

Align
Haven Development had two distinct floor plans, each with its own interior design language.
They provided detailed spec sheets covering everything from staircase styles and flooring materials to lighting fixtures and hardware finishes.
Building custom 3D models for every element across both plans and delivering within a three-week window was the core challenge.
On the brand side, the goal was to develop an identity concept that matched the sophistication of their product without overcomplicating it.

Compose
Alongside the VR work, we developed a conceptual brand identity direction for Haven Development.
This included explorations around logo treatment, color palette, and typography, all designed to reflect the clean, modern,
and intentional design philosophy behind their developments.
The concept was built to give Haven a visual foundation that could carry across marketing materials, signage, and digital presence as they scale.
While this was a conceptual exploration, it gave the team a clear reference point for where their brand could go.

Branded Floor Plans & Location Map
We also created branded floor plans for both layouts, designed to feel consistent with the overall visual language rather
than the typical black-and-white technical drawings buyers are used to seeing.
Each plan was styled to be clean, easy to read, and presentation-ready for both digital and print use.
Alongside the floor plans, we produced a custom location map highlighting the development’s proximity to key landmarks, transit, and amenities.
It was designed to serve as a practical sales tool while staying visually aligned with everything else we delivered.

Project Handoff
From immersive VR tours to brand direction, everything was built to help Haven Development sell with clarity and confidence before
a single wall goes up.
