How Haven Development pre-sold Walnut Estates through immersive Visuals and Brand Identity

Arash Mann and PJ Dhoot from Haven Development came to us with a clear need: give potential buyers a way to experience their properties before they’re built. VR tours were the natural fit. But unlike generic real estate walkthroughs, they wanted something tailored to their actual design specifications, something that truly reflects what buyers would be getting. As we got deeper into the project, we also explored a conceptual brand identity direction for Haven Development, shaping how their visual language could align with the quality of what they’re building.

How Core Build launched Mosaic Chicago with a custom brand identity and immersive 3D renders

Core Build approached us with an ambitious brief: create a complete brand identity and visual system for Mosaic Chicago, an affordable housing initiative spanning 100 potential development sites across the city. We developed the name and logo from the ground up, then produced photorealistic renderings, animations, and immersive VR tours for both single-family and multifamily typologies. Stylized floor plans communicated livability at a glance, while a custom-built interactive location map allowed buyers and investors to explore all 100 sites online. The result was a unified pre-construction marketing ecosystem that transformed a scattered portfolio of empty lots into an investable vision for Chicago’s housing future.
